Thermoelectric Cooler Controller Schematic

This circuit is useful for controlling TECs such as those sold by
Melcor. We have constructed
two of the controllers, both of which work well.
Features:
- Fine and coarse adjustment knobs
- Component cost: ~$75
- Thermal control within 1 mV (Thermistor reading) short term
(or a few millidegrees)

NOTE: If circuit oscillates, the 10M feedback resistor in the
follower-integrator can be reduced to decrease gain and time constant.
